Professional Edition License (PEL)

Companies and organizations developing proprietary software subscribe to our Professional Edition.

You need one license per developer per year of development. There are no run-time fees or additional costs.
Coin3D PEL is offered on a subscription basis, with a flat, annual rate.

With a one-year subscription, you get the following:

• The rigth to develop proprietary applications with all Coin3D libraries on any platform
• Upgrades to all new versions of all Coin3D libraries
• Free, unlimited redistribution of binary runtimes
• Technical support

Free Edition (GPL)

The Free Edition is for Free Software Development only, and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

If you are developing Free Software, i.e. software that is going to be released under the GPL or a compatible Free Software license, you are welcome use the Coin3D and Voleon Free Edition.
